First impressions are crucial in a professional environment, and a profile picture is often the first place you'll encounter a potential colleague, so my approach to corporate portrait photography focuses on capturing employees at their best.

My work involves setting up a temporary studio at your offices, and then organising a procession of ten-minute shoots throughout the day. The biggest satisfaction from these sessions stems from the surprise on the face of the sitter — normally nervous and apprehensive when they arrive — when shown their photo. "Oh that's actually great!" is a staple relieved/happy response.

Over the course of these sessions, sometimes photographing 50+ employees in a single day, I've become adept putting people at ease so as to make a great portrait in a tight schedule.
